Once again we're taking a dive to uncover the pearls of Online-Short-Films before they're overseen. For the third year in row, Webcuts will bring movies and their makers to the surface and present them on the big screen - and again it will all be happening at the Computer-Cult-Location c-Base.
The films that will be shown have been produced to be screened over the Internet or that have been mainly published online.
